“Virteom is a bit over 4 years old and one thing I learned along the way is that when it comes to hiring it can take much longer than anticipated. Not only did I find myself wound up in countless job submissions but trying to read through everything and make a good judgement on who to bring in to interview. Once I made that decision I then had to find the time to interview each candidate. That alone took time.
